4. Prohibition of automated access, scraping, and artificial intelligence use

Automated access to Makineo by means of bots, crawlers, spiders, scrapers, or any other automated data extraction or processing systems is expressly prohibited, regardless of purpose.

This prohibition expressly includes:

• — Artificial intelligence systems or language models (LLMs) that train on, index, or process content from this site
• — AI agents, automated assistants, or any system accessing the site on behalf of a third party without authorization
• — Crawlers not expressly authorized via the robots.txt file
• — Any bulk extraction of data relating to events, artists, users, or any other content on the platform
• — Access to Makineo's internal API without the owner's prior written authorization

Breach of this prohibition may give rise to legal action under the Spanish Intellectual Property Law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996), the LSSI-CE (Law 34/2002), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), among other applicable regulations.

5. Limitation of liability

The owner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continuous updating of the information contained on the site. Makineo acts as an information and community platform, not as the organizer of the listed events.

The owner is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, the information contained therein, or content generated by users of the platform.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the website, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of A Coruña, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may otherwise apply to them.
