Makineo does not sell tickets, does not organize events, and is not responsible for the events listed on the platform. Please read this section carefully before using Makineo.

1. Event information

Makineo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the information about events.

• — Information is obtained from third-party public sources (venue websites, social media, scraping of platforms)
• — We are not responsible if dates, times, prices, artists, or locations are incorrect
• — We are not responsible if an event is cancelled, postponed, or does not take place as described
• — We are not responsible for venue changes, cancelled access, or entry restrictions
• — Always verify directly with the organizer/venue before purchasing tickets or travelling

2. Disclaimer of civil liability

Makineo, its owners, and its employees shall not be held liable for:

• — Personal injury, harm, or death occurring at an event listed on Makineo (including but not limited to fires, panic, accidents, violence, or intoxication)
• — Financial losses (tickets paid for, money spent on transport/accommodation, expenses related to a cancelled event)
• — Falsified or fraudulent documentation (events that do not exist, scams, fraud)
• — Access restrictions (denial of entry by the organizer)
• — Breach of duty by third parties (the organizer fails to maintain security measures, does not verify age of entry, etc.)
• — Damages caused by other users caused within Makineo (arranged meetings, altercations, theft between users)

Under no circumstances shall Makineo be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for:

• — Verifying all event information directly with the organizer/venue
• — Confirming that you are permitted access (age, restrictions)
• — Maintaining your own safety at the event (carrying identification, keeping money in a safe place, informing someone)
• — Complying with all local regulations and venue rules
• — Purchasing tickets ONLY directly from the official organizer, not from third parties

4. We are not a ticket seller

Makineo does not sell, resell, or facilitate the sale of tickets.

• — We do not process ticket payments
• — We do not issue tickets
• — We are not an intermediary in ticket transactions
• — Ticket links direct you to third parties (Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, venue websites)
• — Any ticket purchase constitutes a contract between YOU and the organizer, not with Makineo

5. Venues, organizers, and promoters

If you are responsible for a venue/event listed on Makineo:

• — YOU are responsible for maintaining security measures at your event
• — YOU are responsible for informing Makineo of changes (dates, prices, cancellations)
• — YOU are responsible for verifying age, legal restrictions, and permitted access

6. Changes to information

Information on Makineo may change, be inaccurate, become outdated, or contain errors. Makineo is not responsible for:

• — Changes made by third parties without notice to Makineo
• — Information not immediately reflected on the platform
• — Errors by third parties providing the information

7. Service availability

Makineo is provided "as is," without warranties. You may experience:

• — Unscheduled interruptions
• — Data loss
• — Changes to or discontinuation of the service without prior notice

We are not liable for damages arising from these interruptions.
