ROD #002 - DAYTIME OPEN-AIR AT BUS HEXPERIENCE READY TO TRAIN & RAVE AGAIN ROD returns for its second edition — this time in a unique open-air location at Playa del Forum, right by the sea. Rave of the Day is a daytime experience where functional training, electronic music and social connection come together. We start the day with a functional workout session, led by Forza Training, accessible to all levels and fully driven by a live DJ set. Then the training space transforms into an open-air daytime rave focused on high-energy techno, movement and community. This edition takes place at BUS Hexperience — a spacious outdoor venue with shade, sea views, food, drinks and enough room to fully experience the ROD atmosphere from morning to afternoon. WANNA RUN TO THE RAVE? If you don't want to train, you will have the possibility to RUN TO THE RAVE with Good Soles Run Club. A 5km run from Poblenou to BUS Hexperience, more information coming on instagram pages (@raveoftheday & @goodsolesrunclub).
