Magnolia is a series of events conceived by Isa Rojas... The idea of the parties is to showcase some of the leading women artists in Barcelona's local and international House and Techno scene by bringing them together to perform in the fun and intimate setting of one of our city's classic clubs, Macarena Club. ++++ For Magnolia Chapter 62, we welcome a very special reunion to the booth. Long-time partners in crime Amalia Balbontin and founder Isa Rojas reunite at Macarena. With Amalia returning from Chile, this edition brings their unique b2b chemistry back to the floor for a night of pure underground energy. Join us for this June edition on a high note and come dance with us! ++++ Amalia is a Chilean DJ and producer with influences from Funk, House and NuDisco. With 11 years of experience, her talent and energy has taken her to share stages with artists like Peggy Gou, Chris Stussy, Camelphat, Claptone, Richy Ahmed, Jamie Jones, Dubfire, Zhu, Chelina Manuhutu, and to participate in major festivals such as Ultra, Creamfields, Festival de Viña and Tomorrowland. Positioned as one of the most recognized DJs in her country, she has also toured throughout Chile on many occasions. In 2019 she began her career as a music producer, achieving acclaimed success with her first release "You Should Move", single that transcended worldwide borders when broadcasted by MTV Dance channel, on May 2020. In 2021, together with her partner, they created Madam Music. A music festival that has been held in the summers of Chile and Spain where artists such as Leo Pol, Panels, BsAs Deep and more have participated.
