Entry is prohibited to minors under the age of 18. To gain access, you must bring your ID card, passport or original official document that proves your identity and that you are of legal age. Security personnel may carry out searches in accordance with regulations. Tickets: The PURCHASER will be the only one to receive the QR code for all tickets, even if they purchase several or assign details to other attendees. Tickets are activated in the Resident Advisor APP 24 hours before the event. Re-entry: Re-entry with a stamp is permitted from 2:30 a.m. We ask that all persons who leave and re-enter do so respectfully, avoiding noise or disturbance to the neighbourhood. Food and drink policy: No food or drink is permitted. Ticket resale: We are against unofficial resale. We do not accept platforms such as TicketSwap. Only Resident Advisor offers a secure resale method. The original purchaser must be present with their ID. Tickets purchased outside of official channels will not be admitted. Exchanges and refunds: Once the ticket has been purchased, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted. There is no right of withdrawal according to Art. 103.l of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
