DEMM26 Día Europeo de la Música

(ES) DEMM26, el festival con el que conmemora el Día Europeo de la Música tendrá lugar del 19 al 21 de junio, incluyendo ocho conciertos en Plaza Matadero y dos sesiones matinales de música para familias en la Plaza de Columnas de la Central de Diseño. El viernes 19 se contará con la vanguardia audiovisual de Maria Arnal, que presentará su disco AMA. Junto a ella, estará Ángeles Toledano, voz fundamental del flamenco contemporáneo que ha pasado en cortísimo espacio de tiempo de promesa a realidad. Rita Payés y Lucía Fumero, por su parte, traerán su exquisita mezcla de jazz y folk en un espectáculo que se estrena por primera vez en Madrid. El DJ set de Gazzi cerrará la primera noche en clave electrónica. (EN) DEMM26, the festival marking European Music Day, will take place from 19 to 21 June, featuring eight concerts in Plaza Matadero and two morning music sessions for families in the Plaza de Columnas at the Central de Diseño. On Friday 19, the festival will showcase the cutting-edge audiovisual work of Maria Arnal, who will present her album: AMA. Joining her will be Ángeles Toledano, a leading voice in contemporary flamenco who has gone from promising talent to established artist in a very short space of time. Rita Payés and Lucía Fumero, meanwhile, will bring their exquisite blend of jazz and folk in a show making its Madrid debut. Gazzi’s DJ set will bring the first night to a close with an electronic twist.
