To celebrate the release of Basma's debut EP "Bobo at 20" (DDTX006), Dead Trax takes over Seville's 808 HiFi Bar for an evening of electro, broken rhythms and deep electronic exploration. The showcase features the core minds behind the release, bringing together EP architect Basma, remixer Red01, and Dead Trax label bosses Hartta & Random Vestax. The four-track EP spans low-slung breaks, dark rhythmic journeys and mind-bending electro, all held together by a shared obsession with bass weight and forward motion. The title track opens with atmosphere and patience—slow-burning breaks that move the hips while the brain chases the low end. "Sliver" takes a darker path, using tribal percussion to lead through dense undergrowth until an industrial landscape of steel and concrete reveals itself. On the B-side, "Left Behind" balances electro and hypnosis, pulling attention in two directions at once: one half locked to the bass, the other lost in melody. Closing the EP, Red01's Obsolete Remix strips the elements back to a dry, relentless electro reinterpretation that wrings every last drop from the original. El showcase contará con las mentes principales detrás de la referencia, reuniendo a Basma (artífice del EP), al remixer Red01 y a los rcapos del sello, Hartta & Random Vestax. El EP de cuatro cortes abarca desde breaks sinuosos y oscuros viajes rítmicos hasta un electro mental, todo ello unido por una obsesión compartida por los graves y el dinamismo constante. El corte que da título al disco abre con atmósfera y paciencia: breaks de combustión lenta que incitan al movimiento mientras el cerebro persigue las frecuencias graves. "Sliver" toma un camino más oscuro, utilizando percusión tribal para guiar al oyente a través de una densa maleza hasta que se revela un paisaje industrial de acero y hormigón. En la cara B, "Left Behind" equilibra electro e hipnosis, dividiendo la atención en dos direcciones a la vez: una mitad anclada al bajo y la otra perdida en la melodía. Para cerrar el EP, el Obsolete Remix de Red01 reduce los elementos a una reinterpretación de electro seco e implacable que exprime hasta la última gota del original.
